EACL-09 will be held at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre, situated on Vasilissis Sofias Avenue, next to the American Embassy, very close to the city centre and just minutes from many of the major hotels in Athens (see accommodation options).

Parking
Parking is available in the Megaron Car Park and in the surrounding side-streets. The Megaron Car Park is open from 6.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m., the cost for the first three hours is €7.00 and for each additional hour €1.00. For EACL-09 conference participants one-day parking cards at the cost of €12.00 per car can be purchased.

Accessibility
All areas of the building are fully accessible. Concessions are available for wheelchair users, and people with severe mobility difficulties, or with visual or hearing impairment.
